Meet the man behind the jerky.
Geoff Titcomb spent 30 years working as a chef in the film industry. After decades on set, he had a new goal: buy a fishing boat. When he mentioned it to his wife, she said okay—as long as he paid cash and didn’t use his paycheck.
Geoff remembered making jerky that turned out well, so he gave it a try. He packaged a few bags and put them on the table. They sold quickly. So he made more—and they sold too.
Soon, what started as a small side project grew more and more. People kept coming back, and Geoff the Chef Jerky was born.
Today, Geoff still makes his jerky in small batches, using simple methods and real ingredients.

How we started

When Geoff first got this trailer it was an empty shell and his vision brought his jerky kitchen to life. Over weeks of planning and building, he turned it into a mobile kitchen. He fitted it with everything he needed: workbenches, drying racks, a packaging station, and all the tools to make jerky from start to finish. Doing it himself meant every detail worked the way he needed it to. Now, that trailer goes wherever Geoff does, letting him make and sell his jerky on the move, from markets to events and everywhere in between.
